Affiliate Program Conditions
There are a few small conditions of the Pretty Link Pro Affiliate Program that you should know:
- $50 payment minimum. As soon as your commission balance equals or exceeds $50 you’ll be paid at the first of the following month.
- You cannot receive commissions for your own purchases. Although our system will initially count this kind of commission, we check every commission and will void any that are for your own purchases.
- Commissions are paid after 1 month to account for possible refunds (for example commissions for sales made in December are paid out in February)
- Commissions are only paid out once a valid address, PayPal email and Social Security Number / Tax ID has been entered on your Affiliate Account page
- Commissions are paid out sometime between the first and the fifth of each month.

I’m not sure how pretty link works? How would i get a commission from just using this plug-in to shorten URL’s on my website? Plus most major affiliate sites, amazon being number one, don’t allow cloaking of URL’s.

You don’t get a commission from using pretty link. You get a commission from referring people to Pretty Link Pro. Yes, don’t use Pretty Link with Amazon. Amazon has their own link shortener anyway. You can use Pretty link with many other services.

I actually don’t have a niche site for affiliate marketing but pretty link seems like a very generous program. If I open a brand new website when I can reach $50? And what would be the potential for it? If you have any experience, I will be really glad to know.
